Living a long and healthy life means learning to adapt our physical, mental and spiritual abilities to the changing demands and desires of our life.  


After the age of forty (roughly speaking) we need to train in ways that heal, relax and recover us as much as builds our


strength and makes us work. I want to share with you a new way of training that energizes your body, relaxes your mind and deepens your spiritual connection.  


Combine all of this with a dedicated teacher who has been training for over 40 years and an amazing group of supportive people and your path to a longer, happier life starts here. 


The key practices and approaches that are covered in the FC Centurion 

Movement Practice 

Enhanced Physical Fitness and Mobility to keep your joints healthy and maintain range of motion.  This reduces the risk of stiffness, pain, and injury, particularly as you age.

Increased Energy and Vitality through consistent movement which improves circulation, oxygenates the body, and increases endorphin levels, contributing to higher energy levels and a sense of vitality throughout the day. 

Improved Mental and Emotional Well-being through integrating mind-body elements that help to reduce stress and anxiety by promoting relaxation and releasing endorphins, natural mood lifters. 

Breathing Practice

Stress Reduction and Emotional Regulation through deep, controlled breathing which activates the parasympathetic nervous system and helps to reduce stress and anxiety.

Enhanced Physical Health by improving oxygen delivery to cells, enhancing overall energy levels and supporting the function of vital organs.

Improved Mental Clarity, Focus and Sleep Quality by incorporating mindfulness and meditation into your breath practice to help enable you to center your thoughts, reduce mental chatter, and improve cognitive function.  

Stretching Practices

Improve Flexibility and Range of Motion through regular stretching helps lengthen muscles and improve joint flexibility, which can increase your range of motion. 

Reduce Muscle Tension and Stress Relief to help alleviate discomfort and prevent muscle-related pain. Incorporating deep breathing into your stretching routine can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress and promoting a sense of calm and relaxation.

Enhance Circulation and Recovery by increasing blood flow to muscles, which helps deliver essential nutrients and oxygen while removing metabolic waste. 

Rest and Recovery

Relief from Muscle Tension and Pain through self-massage in commonly affected areas like the neck, shoulders, lower back, and legs. 

Reduce Stress and Increase Mental Relaxation by activating the parasympathetic nervous system through touch to promote a sense of calm and well being. 

Increase Resilience, Improve Circulation and Boost Your Immune System through cold water immersion sses like colds and flu.
